On January 1, 2006 Joe Luttrell joined the IDES staff in the new position of DART Coordinator. Presently Joe is working in the Gulf Area, coordinating IDES’ rebuilding projects. Following that Joe will proceed to help area churches organize regional response teams dealing with future U.S. disasters.
