On May 10, 2024, a tornado hit the communities of Spring hill and Columbia, TN.

On May 21, 2024, an EF-4 tornado struck the small community of Greenfield of just over 2,000 people.

After Hurricane Helene ravaged North Carolina and Tennessee, IDES was on site within days to help with cleanup efforts. Today, we are still working with local churches to rebuild communities.
